Hello there! My name is Vira and I’m a registered dietitian and nutritionist based in Charenton-le-Pont, 5 minutes away from Paris. I’m Ukrainian and I moved to France in 2017 to study nutrition and become an RD here in France. Nutrition has always been my passion and I’m very excited to be able to help people through my practice but also to share my knowledge with you via my blog on this website!
