First appointment

During the first consultation we will discuss your lifestyle, eating habits, health issues, then identify the problems and draw an action plan to obtain your goals. The first consultation lasts around an hour and a half. Learn more

Follow-up appointments

During follow-up consultations we will focus on gradually improving your eating habits and adjust the action plan if needed. You will get the needed support ans guidance thanks to the food journal where you’ll be able to ask your questions. Follow-up consultations last 30-45 minutes. Learn more

Hello there! My name is Vera and I’m a registered dietitian and nutritionist based in Montpellier. I’m Ukrainian and I moved to France in 2017 to study nutrition and become an RD here in France. Nutrition has always been my passion and I’m very excited to be able to help people through my practice but also to share my knowledge with you via my blog on this website!

I love traveling, multiculturalism and languages. And of course, I’m a foodie and I believe in an optimal and healthy weight without restrictive diets, so I’m here to guide and support you on this journey!
